STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
This Committee primarily supports candidates who are in favor of responsible growth and development in Scarborough, Maine and opposes those who are not.
The Committee may also, from time to time, support referendum questions that promote responsible growth and development in Scarborough, Maine, and oppose questions that do not.

- After looking at the above linked report, do you have the sense of what happened?
- And, how it relates to prior years?
- How many members of the public have the time or ability to decipher the report? And,
- When complaints about unrestrained growth are made, the town refers them to its also unintelligible RATE OF GROWTH ORDINANCE.
- For those opposed to unconstrained growth it's a joke, and the developers keep building.
